New Patients

We are happy to inform you Dr. Chiu is accepting new patients on a limited basis.

New patients are required to provide a non-refundable deposit of $200 at the time of scheduling to hold an appointment.  This amount will be applied to the balance due at the end of your visit with us.  The Derm Institute is currently not contracted with any insurance companies for new patient consultations. Your cosmetic consultation and/or medical visit will be considered “out-of-pocket”, and payment in full for the consultation and any applicable procedures will be required at the time of your visit with us. If we are an out-of-network provider for your medical visit, full payment is still due at the time of the visit, but we can provide a statement for you to submit to your insurance company for any possible reimbursement from your HSA/FSA plans.

New patients are encouraged to call the office at (310) 939-9800 for any questions regarding the fee schedule or to help determine approximate consultation costs.

Payment

Payments for all clinical, medial or cosmetic consultations are due in full at the time of your visit.  Insurance companies do not cover cosmetic procedures.  For your convenience, our office accepts cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover Card.
